Unless you have an acceptable reason not to have the insurance, you must:

(1) Maintain liability insurance coverage in the amount of $300,000 for each occurrence of negligence

that covers injury to a child while the child is on your premises or in your care [Medium]; and

(2) Provide proof of coverage to Licensing each year by the anniversary date of the issuance of your
